There will be an upcoming scheduled Elvanto downtime beginning tonight for routine maintenance. The downtime will last for up to 2 hours as we work to update all of our data storage systems.
Below you’ll find the full breakdown of the scheduled outage in the following timezones.
EST (GMT-05:00) - Eastern Standard time for the US/Canada AEDT (GMT+11:00) - Australian Eastern Daylight Time GMT/UTC (+00:00) - Coordinated Universal Time
US and EU servers: 11pm-1am EST on 11/21 3pm-5pm AEDT 11/22 4am-6am GMT on 11/22
What to Expect:
-During the maintenance period your Elvanto account will not be accessible.
-Any emails you’ve scheduled to send during the downtime will be sent out after the system is back up and running.
-Your data and information will remain secure and unaffected by the maintenance.
