Update - As our teams have been monitoring, we're seeing users successfully login, and also reset their passwords when needed. There are some customers reporting issues not receiving a password reset email, and the cause of this is due to not having an email attached to their user. Monitoring - Our Engineering teams have confirmed that Users are able to login and also reset passwords successfully and we are seeing that this is working as expected for customers. It will be required for most Users to update their passwords so following the "Forgot Your Password" steps on the login page will be needed. Update - An available workaround for Elvanto users experiencing this would be to login to Tithely first and then use the SSO option to Elvanto. This option will work for those who have already setup that link.
