There will be a brief Elvanto downtime on Tuesday 11/29 (potentially early 11/30 depending on your region) for some routine maintenance. We have tried to select times for each server region that hopefully will not interrupt your usual workflow with Elvanto. Additionally, please be aware that any emails you have scheduled during these times will be sent out after the system is back up and running.
Below you will find the breakdown for when each server will be down. If you are not sure what server your account is on, just look at the end of your URL for your Elvanto account when you are logged in. (If it’s ending in elvanto.net = US server, elvanto.au = AUS server, and elvanto.eu = EU server.)
We have tried to provide the most helpful time zones below for when each server downtime will be. Here are the timezones that will be used:
EST (GMT-05:00) - Eastern Standard time for the US/Canada AEDT (GMT+11:00) - Australian Eastern Daylight Time GMT/UTC (+00:00) - Coordinated Universal Time
Here is the breakdown for when the US and EU servers will be down translated in those three timezones:
US and EU servers -
11pm-1am EST on 11/29 3pm-5pm AEDT 11/30 4am-6am GMT on 11/30
